What Rush Said - May 27, 2011

Rush says the Obama regime's prime objective is to depress you (Republican voters).

They want to run against a McCain, a RINO - this is why they are attacking Palin, Santorum, Herman Cain.

Rush continues, that Obama is not running on what he's done. No one wants more of Obama's policies.

Rush hopes they run Obama. Obama can't run on his record. He can't run on more of the same.

Rush reminds listeners that they are the majority. Just look at numerous polls. Stop listening to the liberal main stream media telling you what you think.

Rush says that nobody wants more of what Obama has delivered.

Rush continues that THEY hate Palin, THEY fear Palin. No one fears Biden. He's a joke. They fear Palin in part because she will not be obedient to the Democrat mold.

What Rush Said - May 11, 2011 - MSM Polls are designed to influence public opinion not measure it

Rush's show was jam packed with gems, wisdom, and great bits.

A majority focused on the hypocrisy of the media. He cited a story about a new AP poll showing a 60% approval for Obama. Rush explains a long held belief of his that these types of opinion polls do not reflect public opinion but try to influence it. The sampling for the poll had something like 45% Democrats, 15% Republicans, and 15% Independents. All the things that Obama is getting credit for are things that George Bush supposedly showed poor poll results - therefore this poll cannot be trusted.

Rush talked about Obama spiking the football victory lap and how arrogant and nasty he is. Obama's alligators in the moat comments mocking people who want real border security is just one example.

Bo Snerdley offered a 'black enough to criticize' commentary complete with a translation for those in the hood. The emphasis that Obama is 'playing you yo.'

More details later if time permits.

What Rush Said - May 10, 2011

For fun Rush decided to start a conspiracy theory of his own today: That Bin Laden was taken alive, and water-boarded, but died as a result and thus was buried at sea.

Rush talked about the recent Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace questioning White House National Security Adviser, Tom Donilon. Wallace wanted to know why it was okay to shot an unarmed man in the head twice, but that water-boarding was not okay.

Late in the show a caller suggested that race was the reason Rush didn't like Obama. Rush flatly denied that stating that he didn't like Obama because he doesn't like Socialists, or liberals.

What Rush Said - Monday May 9, 2011

A very brief summary for Monday's show. Rush continues to be annoyed at people referring to Bin Laden's hideout as a mansion. Rush suggests it looks like a crack house, that it's a 'Pigsty.' He then apologized if his Pigsty comment offended any Muslim sensibilities.

Rush is keeping a loose tally of the changing story about the Bin Laden get, it was approaching 40.

He read a quote from Mitch Daniels after a caller criticized Rush for what the caller felt was a negative reference to Daniels from Rush. The Daniels quote was - paraphrased - that, 'we can win when we view the other side as opponents and not the enemy.' Rush then listed all the various ways Obama administration and Obama policies, liberals, and democrats were indeed his enemy and not merely opponents. Rush contends that when the drive-by, main-stream-media, or how he more recently is referring to them, as stenographers, suggest a candidate that Republicans should be very wary.

What Rush Said - May 4, 2011 - The Confusion Continues

A good summary of the show is how Rush closed the show today - The Confusion Continues.

Rush covered the ever changing story about the operation that killed Bin Laden. He noted that Panetta is the one who really made the gusty decision - that of telling Obama that Osama was located. He played various clips of White House spokespeople, including Jay Carney. A particular Jay Carney clip was a very odd and tortured answer to a question how killing Osama helped the outreach of Obama to the Muslim world.

Rush when through the litany of story changes - Osama was armed, he was not, his wife was a human shield, she was not, it was not a wife, yes it was, etc. etc.

Rush pointed out the inconsistencies of Holder and others explaining how Osama was or was not an enemy combatant and how therefore that justified Osama being killed. Apparently SEALSs were told that unless Osama was found nude, that Osama would be wearing a bomb and therefore had to be killed.

Regarding the death photo not being released Rush points out that if the issue truly was not wanting to inflame matters, then why was Obama so quick to want to release photos of alleged prisoner abuse. Rush questions the logic that it the idea for the SEALs mission was to make sure Osama was dead, wouldn't releasing the photos be part of that?

Rush also pointed out that only some 9/11 families will be meeting Obama at his first visit to ground zero. There was various speculation about Obama inviting Bush and even Bill Clinton. Both had declined. Clinton due to a scheduling conflict. A Bush spokesperson said that Bush wishes to remain out of the spotlight and, "President Bush will not be in attendance on Thursday. He appreciated the invite, but has chosen in his post-presidency to remain largely out of the spotlight," said spokesman David Sherzer. "He continues to celebrate with all Americans this important victory in the war on terror." Class Act.

Indeed, the Confusion Continues.

What Rush Said - May 3, 2011 - Obama - Me, Myself and I

The gist of the program focused on the mission that killed Bin Laden and how Obama used policies put in place by Bush and Cheney and how Obama had strenuously opposed such policies. He also focused on the hypocrisy of the media.

A former navy seal called in and explained that 'assaulter' is indeed the correct term when referring to the SEALs mission.

Rush played various clips of Deputy National Security Adviser John Brennan. Rush seemed annoyed at the lack of appreciation being shown to president Bush.

As for Obama getting a boost and credit for the Bin Laden get -- Rush reminds us that while the moon landing happened during the Nixon administration, JFK gets the credit as he started the plan to go to the moon. History will tell if it repeats.

What Rush Said - May 2, 2011 -- Obama deserves congratulations for maintaining Bush policies

Rush sincere congratulated President Obama regarding the capture and kill of Osama Bin Laden. Rush congratulated Obama for continuing the policies that the Bush Cheney administration put in place. Rush congratulated Obama for not shutting down Gitmo, even though Obama has signed an executive order to do so and campaigned on that. Rush congratulated Obama for not dismantling the teams that have been in place for ten years.

Rush comments that if Obama was a shoe in for 2012 - Osama Bin Laden would still be alive.

Rush played a number of clips of liberal bias media pundits talking about how the death of Osama Bin Laden affects Obama's presidential bid. Rush reminds about how the liberal media criticized Bush. He wondered what sort of questions would be swirling around Bush if this military event occurred while Bush was president: where's the proof, where's the pictures, what took so long, etc. etc.

Rush said that now Obama does not have to worry about Bin Laden endorsing him for president as Bin Laden endorsed John Kerry.

Rush is tremendously proud of the American military for their work.

Rush said liberal media pundits suggesting that getting Bin Laden seals the deal for Obama to win in 2012 is over blown. Rush clearly states: This is not a campaign issue. Remember Clinton's campaign mantra of, "It's the economy stupid."

Rush also talked about how the breaking news reports about a BIG story pre-empted Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice and that Obama didn't speak for over an hour. Most people didn't see what happened on Celebrity Apprentice. Factor in Obama targeting Trump at the press club dinner shows just how [paraphrasing] bothered/threatened by Trump Obama is.

Oh yes, Rush mentioned hearing about the flood of questions about Osama's death and an email circulating asking to see the "Long Form Death Certificate." Rush remarks there's what is being referred to as, "Deathers."

Caller asked Rush about the burial at sea, saying that made no sense. Rush had a clever observation - the same people who didn't want a shrine pilgrims might come to visit Osama Bin Laden's earth bound grave, are the same people who support/want a mosque built at ground zero and is that not indeed a shrine.
